High Frequency Words (HFWs next 200) Next 200 in Frequency Order

Next 200 high frequency word mat or word bank (high frequency words). The words are split between two A4 pages, the words are in frequency word order. This is useful for learning to read the words and checking which words children can read.

This could be used as a book mark style to put into literacy books or used as word mats to support children in their writing or child initiated learning. This should help children in an Key Stage One (KS1) or Key Stage Two (KS2) classroom.

We have different styles of word banks; black and white, alternate colours to show clear alphabetical order or just pastel coloured word mats. This is the first 100 HFWs in alphabetical order.  Look out for more HFWs!

A lovely free teaching resource for an Early Years (EYFS), KS1, KS2, Primary and Secondary classroom. This resource can be used to support both children and teachers. Have a look at our other free teaching resources.
