Everyone needs a little prompt to start with. Here’s a Super Sentence checklist. This supports writing simple sentences. Print out for a classroom or use with your child at home. I try to make many of my resources dyslexic friendly with coloured backgrounds to support reading. If your child’s not ready for sentence writing then don’t force it, there are lots of other ways to support them.
